Our Story
STRAAD was founded 2015 to help ambitious leaders drive significant, meaningful change.
Over the last 10 years, we have been on our own performance journey – adapting to market forces, listening and adjusting to client needs, and building a lasting business.
As the firm turns 10, we continue to be fueled by Our Philosophy that leaders are the cornerstone of strategic change, organizational performance, and meaningful impact.
We get to work with incredible leaders across the globe who desire to lead with clarity, drive performance, and change the systems in which they operate.
It is our greatest joy to come alongside leaders and help amplify their impact.
